Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
No. Sign up with just your email and practice name. No card required. You can use the free tier indefinitely.
What happens if I hit my booking or voice limit?
Your AI keeps working, but new bookings or calls beyond your limit will be queued until the next billing cycle. We show you exactly how many patients tried to book so you can see the value of upgrading. Voice overage is available on paid tiers at £0.15-0.25/min so the phone never stops being answered.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly with one click. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.
Do you integrate with Dentally?
Yes. Full two-way sync. Hannah reads your schedule, books appointments directly into Dentally, and syncs patient records. Available on all tiers including Free.
What about other practice management systems?
Dentally is our primary integration. We also offer a built-in Hi Human CRM for practices that don’t use Dentally. SOE/EXACT integration is on our roadmap.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is hosted in the UK (Google Cloud Platform, London). Encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We are GDPR compliant with a documented Data Protection Impact Assessment. We never sell your data or use it for AI training.
Can I use Hi Human for an NHS GP surgery?
Yes. Hi Human is pursuing NHS certification (DCB0129, DTAC, DSPT). Hannah handles administrative tasks only — never clinical advice. She is suitable for appointment booking, prescription queries, test result enquiries, and patient triage routing. Contact us for NHS-specific pricing.
What channels does Hannah support?

What does the “Powered by Hi Human” badge mean?
